  • 1. Registration, conclusion of a contract and terms of payment
  • After the registration you receive a reservation confirmation and a calculation. This will obligatorily on the renter only with entrance of the pre-payment and can up to then by the renter be recalled at any time. 
  • Our terms of payment are: The pre-payment amounts to 50% of the rent, and must be paid within 10 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation. The remainder rent is either at the latest two weeks before beginning of renting for payment due, or can with arrival locally in cash be paid.
  • 2. Achievements
  • The rent contains - so far not differently agreed - the apartment/house as described in the rental contract and providing of bedlinen, towels. Additional expenses such as current and water and the final cleaning is not contained in the rent.
  • 3. Cancellation or changes of date
  • A) With each refusal generally purges the pre-payment.
  • B) Until 6 months before the arrival can shift you free of charge the travel date.
  • C) Of 6. Month up to 4. Month before the arrival purges also during a change of date the performed pre-payment.
  • D) With change or refusal within the last 4 months before travel start 100% of the rent must be paid.
  • E) With a premature departure the paid total amount for the apartment purges.
  • F) Cancellation or change of date is valid only by writings. For the keeping of the periods the input information is determining with the receiver.
  • 4. Travel resignation insurance.
  • With the reservation a travel resignation insurance should be locked, which covers the cancellation costs with travel resignation due to illness, accident, death.   • 8. Arrival and departure
  • Arrival and departure day after arrangement with the renter (purchase starting from 14:00 clock; Excerpt to 10:00 clock). Exceptions are possible after arrangement with the landlord. A renting mietrückerstattung with later journey or earlier departure does not take place.
  • 9. Higher force
  • For damage caused by higher force no compensation can be stressed. 
  • 10. Adhesion
  • All lack and damage are to be immediately made well-known for the renter. The tenant is responsible only for damage, which resulted from rough negligence.

  • A) Number of persons
  • The dwelling may be occupied at the most with the agreed upon number of persons.
  • B) Domestic animals
  • Domestic animals are permitted only with the agreement of the landlord.
  • The dwelling may be used only for the purpose of the overnight accomodation and for living. 
  • 12. Applicable right
  • Temporary lease agreement due to the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos 29/1994 (Spanish rental law 29/1994).
  • 13. Salvatore clause 
  • If regulations of the present Treaty should not be totally or partly legally effective or feasible or lose later its effectiveness or feasibility, then thereby the validity of the present Treaty is in all other respects not to be affected. The same applies, as far as in the contract a gap should turn out.
  • In place of the ineffective or impracticable regulation or for filling out the gap the parties will make an appropriate regulation, which so far legally possible, which next comes, which the contracting parties would have wanted to have wanted or after the sense and purpose of the present Treaty, as far as they would have considered at the time of conclusion of the contract the point, from the inefficacy or impracticability knowledge would have had.
